    Pole Fitness is an amazing way to get super fit and not even realize you are working out. Have a lot of laughs whilst finely sculpting your body, gaining heaps of strength. Please note you do not need any upper body strength to start, this comes with practice and you will be pleasantly surprised how fast it happens. Start with spins and if you fancy it work your way up to hanging upside down by your little toe ?

    If you lack confidence and would like to give Pole Fitness a go but don't think you have the strength then this is the class for you, each move is broken down and taught so absolutely anyone can give Pole a go! An aerobic warm up to start with, followed by a few easy to follow Pole moves then some strengthening exercises at the end of the lesson, so much fun you wont even realise your exercising!
