Pole Fitness

Pole fitness is a fantastic method to achieve exceptional fitness results while having a blast, all without feeling like you're working out. Experience moments of laughter while finely sculpting your body and gaining substantial strength. It's important to mention that you don't require upper body strength from the outset – it develops with practice, and you'll be pleasantly surprised at how quickly it progresses. Begin with graceful spins and, if you're up for it, progress to more advanced moves, including defying gravity by hanging upside down with ease.

Pole Fitness Strength & Conditioning

Pole fitness strength and conditioning classes are an essential component of your fitness journey, incorporating a diverse array of pole-based exercises that enhance your strength and flexibility while providing an enjoyable and effective workout. Suitable for all fitness levels, they facilitate natural upper body strength development over time. These sessions align seamlessly with your pole fitness training, equipping you to achieve your pole-related fitness objectives while sculpting your body with confidence. This class can be completed along side pole classes or on its own for a full body workout.

Stretch & Flex

Stretch & Flex is a class that blends Pilates-style strengthening exercises with focused stretches to increase flexibility, improve posture, and enhance balance. It's designed for all abilities, with modifications available to suit beginners or those more experienced. Beyond the physical benefits, the class helps clear your mind, leaving you feeling refreshed and energized. It’s a great way to start your Saturday morning on a positive note, giving you a boost that lasts throughout the day. Whether you're looking to improve your flexibility or just want to feel more balanced and focused, this class offers something for everyone.

Kids Pole Fitness

Kick off the kids' pole fitness class with a fun and energizing aerobic warm-up, preparing them for a thrilling adventure filled with spins and playful pole tricks. As the session unfolds, a smooth transition leads to a series of engaging strengthening and stretching exercises, providing a well-rounded workout. This blend of acrobatics and focused strength training creates an exciting platform to boost their physical prowess, enhance flexibility, and build endurance, ensuring they reach their fitness goals with enthusiasm and confidence.

Beginner Pole Fitness

Designed to accommodate those starting their pole fitness journey, these classes are beginner-friendly and continue to support you until you're ready for more advanced techniques like inversions. When you're ready to take your skills to the next level, you can seamlessly transition into our Intermediate/Advanced classes, where you'll further expand your pole fitness repertoire.

Low Flow

Low flow is a class suitable to all levels where we will be working on moves closer to the floor. This is a feel good class where you can just come to roll around, make it your own and move! We will work on spins and transitions, as well as different floorwork techniques to music. The moves taught in low flow generally require minimal grip, so you can keep your joggers on and not to worry if you’re having a bit of a slippy day! I recommend bringing a pair of long trousers (stretchy leggings or jogger material) and knee pads are useful but not essential if you don’t have them

Pole Training: Weak Side - Back to Basics (All Levels)

Whether you’re just starting out or an experienced poler looking to rebalance your skills, this class brings it back to basics—with a twist! We’ll focus on training your weaker or non-dominant side while revisiting foundational pole techniques that are essential at every level. In this class, you’ll: Revisit and refine core moves and transitions Build strength, control, and confidence on your weak side Improve coordination, balance, and muscle memory Practice spins, climbs, and simple combos from both sides Lay a stronger foundation for future progress Perfect for anyone who wants to clean up their technique, prevent imbalances, and feel more in control on both sides of the pole. All levels welcome, with plenty of modifications and progressions.

Buti Yoga

Buti Yoga for everyone, regardless of ability. 'Buti' is a Marathi word from India meaning 'a hidden or secret cure.' This energetic practice combines power yoga, tribal dance, and plyometric movements, designed to tone and sculpt your body while strengthening your inner resilience. Buti Yoga empowers people to tap into their inner strength and unlock unshakable confidence. It clears stagnant energy, rejuvenates the body, and helps shift our perspective on the world around us.

Spin Pole (All Levels)

Get ready to feel the thrill of continuous motion in our Spin Pole class! Unlike static pole, the spin pole rotates, creating beautiful, flowing movement that challenges your strength, control, and coordination. In this beginner-friendly Spin class, you’ll learn spin-specific tricks, transitions, and combos while developing graceful lines and building endurance with an emphasis on proper technique and safe movement patterns. Whether you’re new to spinning or refining your technique, this class offers progressions for all levels. Expect a heart-pumping warm-up, pole technique drills, and choreographed sequences that make you feel like you’re flying.
