    Pole¬†Fitness is an amazing way to get super fit and not even realise you are working out. Have a lot of laughs whilst finely sculpting your body, gaining heaps of strength. Please note you do not need any upper body strength to start, this comes with practice and you will be pleasantly surprised how fast it happens. Start with spins and if you fancy it work your way up to hanging upside down by your little toe ūüėČ

    If you lack confidence and would like to give Pole Fitness a go but don't think you have the strength then this is the class for you, each move is broken down and taught so absolutely anyone can give Pole a go! An aerobic warm up to start with, followed by a few easy to follow Pole moves then some strengthening exercises at the end of the lesson, so much fun you wont even realise your exercising!

      A toned tummy, lean legs and perfect bottom are hard things to attain, but not impossible when you know the right moves. This is a Legs, Bums and Tums class with a twist! Forget 100 sit ups on the floor, that just makes you really good at sit ups ūüôā Did you know squats and lunges are one of the best ways to achieve a super toned tum? Come along to take part in a challenging yet achievable LBT class with programmes specifically designed to blast those target areas.

    Mash It Up Fitness uses dancing as a way to make you come alive and stay lean. MIU is a new dance fitness concept that has taken Europe by storm. It’s a new era of dance bringing authentic Jamaican Dancehall and fitness routines together to create a low impact but high energy workout that will keep you charged and glowing. The moves are broken down and separated into sections, so that the student learns the moves progressively with ease, which is then put together at the end to form a full choreography!
